10 weeks on / 10 weeks off with economy class travel

Requirements:

C/E (MN) III/3 or III/2 (Y2) – Chief Engineer for vessels less than 3000KW and 3000 GT, with all applicable

STCW certifications and Cayman Islands Endorsement.

? Refrigeration and HVAC

? Plumbing – Piping and bilge systems

? Electrical systems, shipboard wiring, and electronics with emphasis on AVIT /

Networks

? Troubleshooting all electro-mechanical systems

? STCW

? Hydraulics

? Ship sanitation / MSD.

? Management skills, ability to direct/teach others in the engine room.

? Inventory control.

? Planned maintenance with IDEA and MMV

Program:

63M N. European build – busy dual season charter yacht that cruises from US East Coast, Bahamas, and Caribbean to

Western Med each year. Typically spend about 5 – 7 weeks in Rybovich each Fall and Spring for annual

maintenance and inspections. Very comfortable cabin, however it is shared with a male crew member.

We are seeking someone that is a team player, willing and happy to help in all areas

and departments. Longevity is also a positive trait, and we would want a long term commitment in which to

establish and maintain reliable vessel knowledge of all systems, equipment, inventories and maintenance cycles.
