We are seeking a very well qualified Second Stewardess to join our interior team of 4.  

This is not a junior position, you will be taking direction from the Chief, but you will be running the two Stews. This is that final job in your career before you step up to Chief Stew on your own program.

The program is not complex, but the organizational skills you bring to the table are.

You are comfortable multi-tasking, you do not lose track of what you and your team are doing, and you are able to keep on task.

The position is not rotation, but is very well paid – we do not share wages in either direction, that will be negotiated between you and the Chief Stew after you know what the program requires.

To be considered candidates must:

Have at least 24 months experience in yachting (freelance / temp work will not count towards that).

Have some experience in leading at least one other Stew on a regular basis.

Have verifiable references (especially in terms of organization).

Can pass pre-employment and random drug tests.

Have committed to at least one full year contract in the past.

Be available to join by March 1, 2024

Light / Social smoking is ok – but never aboard and they do not accommodate “smoke breaks” onboard.

Tattoos are not a problem if they are small, discreet, and not on arms/wrists/hands/neck/face.
