We are seeking a Chief Stew or Purser to join a 74m Private motor yacht.

This rotational position is for our very calm, professional program that lives most of its time in and around Florida and the Bahamas. There is some talk of world travel, but that is certainly not a promise at this point.

The position, again, Chief or Purser, is in charge of the entire Interior…and the Galley. That’s right, the Chef reports directly to this position so candidates must be comfortable leading the service, housekeeping, laundry, spa…and be comfortable communicating directly with the Head Chef and the Second Chef (although the Second Chef reports to the Head Chef there will be times when you will be interacting with the Second).

They are not looking for somebody stomping around making demands. This leadership comes from mutual respect and professionalism.

They are happy to consider candidates located anywhere in the world, and although current cabin arrangements would lead to female candidates, they can move things around to consider male candidates as well.

Previous experience with shake-down cruising would be a plus.

Happy with a 2:2 rotation

Experience with IDEA software

Absolutely no smoking or tattoos outside of a uniform line

Ability to move into and out of the US / Bahamas and Europe

Available to join May 1, 2024
