We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Mate to join our team on a 38m Private Motor Yacht, starting in the new year. Currently we are in the yard getting some regular work done (paint, engine works, etc.).

The yacht is owned by an experienced and passionate individual who loves the adventurous lifestyle of constant travel. If you possess any fishing skills, we'd love to hear about them! The yacht traditionally explores both popular destinations and off-the-beaten-path places, providing an excellent opportunity to experience different parts of the world.

Your role as Mate will be vital to the yacht's operations. As part of the Deck team, you will work alongside a capable Deckhand who possesses good skills but may still require some guidance. The ideal candidate for this position should be hands-on and possess strong leadership abilities.
